Return Guidelines:
▎ According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period. However, this period is not for trial use. To process a return and refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened, and intact packaging.


▎ If returned products are lost or damaged due to improper packaging, the return will be processed based on the actual condition of the received products.


▎ If, after requesting a return, the consumer is unreachable or fails to return the product within seven days due to personal reasons, it will be considered a waiver of the right to return or exchange, and the order will be deemed as accepted. No further returns will be processed for this order.


▎ If the return is not due to product defects or issues but due to personal reasons and there are five or more returns (inclusive), the consumer will be blacklisted from this store.


▎ If the order qualifies for free shipping or other shipping discounts but part of the order is returned and the remaining order does not meet the free shipping criteria, the original shipping cost will be charged.

 


Return Process
▎ To apply for a return, go to: Member Center >> Order History >> Details >> Request Return


▎ Ensure the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, and package it securely.


▎ Wait for the courier to pick up the item from the designated address within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Keep your phone on to ensure the courier can contact you.


▎ For customers in remote islands, please return the package via postal service.


▎ After the returned product is inspected, the refund will be processed to the account or credit card provided.

 


Refund Instructions
▎ If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or convenience store payment, we will process the refund via bank transfer. Please provide the correct bank account details for the refund.


▎ If your order was paid by credit card, we will process a refund to the original credit card. The actual refund date may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for the exact date.


▎ If your order was paid using LINE PAY, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. The actual refund date may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for the exact date.

 


Exchange Policy
▎ To save on the time and costs associated with back-and-forth shipping, we only offer returns, not exchanges. If you ordered the wrong specifications or color due to personal reasons, please request a return and place a new order for the correct item.

 


Shipping Costs for Returns
▎ For orders returned within the seven-day cooling-off period, one return per order is eligible for free shipping (within Taiwan only). For more than one return per order, a shipping fee of 100 NTD will be charged.


▎ The following situations will have the shipping costs deducted from the refund amount:
(1) If the original order qualified for free shipping and the return results in the remaining order not meeting the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted.
(2) If the order was part of a free shipping promotion or other shipping discount activity and the return causes the order to fall short of the promotion criteria, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
