Online Store Policy

Product Order Information

Our company reserves the right to accept or reject orders. If an order cannot be accepted due to force majeure or other circumstances, we will contact you via email or internal message to modify the order or process a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For multiple items, please add them to your shopping cart and checkout together. If you create multiple orders, please complete the payment for each order separately. Our system cannot combine payments or merge orders for shipment, so please be aware.

 

 

Product Delivery Information

Shipping Time: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

 

 

Home Delivery

Products will arrive approximately 1-2 days after shipping.

 

 

Store Pickup

Products will be delivered to the designated store within 2-3 days after shipping. You will receive a notification message from the system, and the store will also send an SMS notification. Please monitor the email and SMS you registered on our online mall. You must pick up your package within 7 days of arrival at the designated store. Please bring identification when picking up the package. If not picked up on time, a re-shipping fee of 60 NTD will be charged.

 

 

Cash on Delivery at Convenience Store

Products will arrive at the designated store within 2 days after shipping. You will receive a notification message from the system, and the store will also send an SMS notification. Please monitor the email and SMS you registered on our online mall. You must pick up your package within 7 days of arrival at the designated store. Please bring identification when picking up the package. If not picked up on time, a re-shipping fee will be charged.

If you have accumulated two instances of overdue pickup within six months, your account will be blacklisted, and you will no longer be able to use the cash-on-delivery service at convenience stores.

 

 

Remote Area Delivery

Using Kerry TJ Logistics, delivery will take approximately 3-7 days after shipping. If incomplete information from the purchaser causes delivery issues, the shipping time may be extended. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If the package is returned due to incorrect purchaser information, the purchaser must pay for reshipping before the package can be sent out again.

 

 

Note on Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery status depends on local delivery logistics, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. For urgent items, please bear the risk of delivery delays.

In case of natural disasters or other unavoidable factors, or if some convenience stores are closed on weekends or for other reasons, packages may require additional working days to reach the pickup store.
